Analysis lab
The analysis lab is for analyzing the general physical property of the silica from the process to the finished good. This lab is equipped with the advance analyzers to ensure the product quality required by the customers.
Microbiological Lab
The microbiological lab is for process analysis and control in order to meet the microbiological requirement for dental silica in toothpaste applications. This lab is constructed under the stringent condition to ensure the product quality to the customers.
 Application Lab
The application lab is for analyzing the dynamic property of silica in the different applications. It is available for the applications in the tire, battery separator, shoe sole, toothpaste and Silicon rubber.
R&D Lab
R&D lab is for the continuous improvement in new product development and process improvement. This lab is equipped with the small-scale pilot plant from the precipitation to the dry-end. It also supports all the new product development within OSC group in Asia. |
